====== Ubuntu 21.10 Upgrade from Ubuntu 20.04 ======

DockuWiki create link broke.

This was result of introduction of PHP 8.0

This was fixed by rolling back to PHP 7.4

  - Stop Nginx and PHP8.04-FPM
  - %%add %%**Ondřej Surý PPA**%% to install different versions of PHP – %%**PHP 5.6**%%, %%**PHP 7.x,**%% and %%**PHP 8.0**%% on the Ubuntu system.%%
  - setup PHP 7.4
